Grupo FCamara announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Nao Digital, an agency specializing in performance and growth, focused on e-commerce and growing verticals.
When mapping partners in the market, it was easy to see that Nao Digital could add a lot of value to FCamara, as we have a similar cultural fit of positioning values, that of believing in people and motivating them, in addition to the alignment between the profiles of partners and complement of players, said Fabio Camara, founder and CEO of Grupo FCamara.
According to the group, the acquisition also formalizes its sixth center of excellence, as the group already has the areas of e-commerce, marketplace, innovation, financial services, cloud services, with FC Cloud, and now, with Nao Digital, strengthens its strategy of offering and serving new points in the customer journey.
