With an eye on the importance of the human resources area for the sustainability of the business, Wunderman Thompson Brasil has just created the position of chief people officer (CPO), which will be occupied by Camila Arruda. The executive also joins the agency’s c-level alongside Pedro Reiss (CEO), Keka Morelle (CCO), Stela Pirani (CSO), Fabio Bronze (CFO) and Tatiana Magliari (COO). She will lead the people area and guide the HR discipline. According to WT, its main mission is to participate in all strategic decisions for the future of the agency at the c-level, taking into account the people’s point of view.
