Focusing on the operations strategy for the next year, Mutato announces the company’s new leadership. Bárbara Lima and Priscila Paula were promoted to, respectively, director of communication & diversity and director of people; and Heloisa Viana joins the agency as Controller.
In charge of Mutato’s PR since 2019, Bárbara Lima starts to lead, in addition to managing institutional culture and communication, the diversity area. With a degree in Public Relations, she has experience in integrated communication, having worked for agencies such as InPress Porter Novelli, as well as third sector organizations such as Fundação Tide Setubal and Fundação Dorina Nowill para Cegos.
The promotion has the challenge of expanding the initiatives to empower the agency’s talents in an inclusive way together with Priscila Paula, who is in charge of the people area, continuing the work carried out in the last two years dedicated to structuring the area of recruitment and selection and development of people .
Prior to Mutato, Priscila worked in the contracting projects for the 2014 World Cup, Olympic Torch Relay in Brazil and the Best Internship in the World for young black people in 2018, and has experience in the consulting, technology and marketing segments working on the fronts of R&S and people management.
The changes are part of the movement in the operations area, which since July has had Eduardo Zanelato as executive director of operations.
In the Finance team, Mutato announces the arrival of Heloisa Viana, who will take over the controllership and general activities of the financial routine at the branch. Internationalist and accountant by training, in the last ten years, Heloisa has dedicated herself to external auditing at Deloitte, the last four years in the United States, she has accumulated experience in the pharmaceutical, infrastructure, educational, and above all in advertising sectors, having worked with agencies of the WPP Group.
