One of the biggest events in the advertising sector in the world, a reference in the market for bringing important players and presenting the main trends in advertising, the Gramado World Advertising Festival 2022 takes place between the 24th, 25th and 26th of August, bringing great news. This year the event will take place at Gramadense Recreation Societyin the city center and will bring several lectures and panels with big names in the market.
In parallel, the festival will also take place in digital format, on the platform of EventPlay (1st Multichannel Streaming of Business Events in Brazil).
Lead by Andressa Martinsthe event’s first female CEO and creator of the new moment, the festival joined the collective Paper & Pen and to the agency FLAGCX to create the VOICESa celebration that will honor 30 voices that are transforming the market through independent ideas and movements, divided into six categories: new leadership, career, business, education, project and platform.
In all, 24 professionals are part of the jury whose mission will be to know 19 transformation journeys, through an online platform built on audio up to five minutes that were sent by the voices behind each selected trajectory.
“Through the festival’s initiative, professionals will stop to listen to narratives that many still don’t know. The stories chosen will be those that most literally connect through voice.” – explains André Chaves, creator of Papel & Caneta, a collective that this year signed a panel at Cannes Lions after publicly questioning the festival about the lack of black leaders among Brazilian judges.
