77% of online adults in Brazil prefer to communicate with a business through messages, says study
It is estimated that, worldwide, more than a billion people message a business each week on apps like WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram Direct – whether sending direct messages to brands, browsing product catalogs, requesting support or interacting with content.
According to a survey commissioned by Meta itself, and conducted by Kantar in April 2022, 77% of online adults in Brazil prefer to communicate with a business through messages.
According to Meta, click-to-conversation ads represent a gateway to attracting and building relationships with new customers.
In addition, the company reported that click-to-messaging is growing: 40% of Meta’s advertisers, globally speaking, have already adopted the format, as published in the company’s latest quarterly earnings release.
So, to promote business messaging solutions, Meta is betting on its new campaign, whose motto is ‘Let’s build conversations with better results’. The action, totally digital, will be broadcast on Meta, LinkedIn and Google platforms.
The campaign addresses how companies can work with Meta Messaging Partners, developers who create scalable messaging models.
