Zé Delivery, the largest beverage delivery application in the country, has just launched a challenge to technology professionals. There are more than 100 vacancies scheduled to start in September this year. The idea is to propose that candidates solve a puzzle in the form of codes spread across the brand’s social networks.
Mariana Chahine, CHRO of Zé Delivery, comments:
“Since 2020, we have been putting into practice more agile ways of recruiting and selecting talent, with a more personalized process, providing more assertiveness and valuing the strengths of the candidates. This campaign targets exactly the audience we need and, in a fun way, helps us scale the entire process.”
The first stage of the process begins when candidates are able to crack the codes. Once completed, candidates will move on to the technical stage followed by a culture stage. More information on the website.
With more than 700 employees, Zé Delivery reached the mark of more than 60 million deliveries last year and in the first quarter of this year alone there were more than 15 million deliveries. Present in more than 300 cities across the country, it has evolved and expanded its operations in the beverage market, adding different business units of Ambev’s Direct to Consumer ecosystem, namely: Empório da Cerveja, Chopp Brahma Express, Vizi and Semper em Casa.
