It is unquestionable that we live in the Golden Age of chicken, which has gone from being a shy presence in Brazilian dishes to being a protagonist. The big golden chicken in the center of SP is a provocation of the foodtech global NotCo, in partnership with the Bullguer, a pioneering chain of hamburgers in smashburger, to generate reflection on the need to consume animal protein, and by choosing vegetable-based alternatives, it is possible to contribute to saving 86% of water use and 73% of CO2 emissions which are used in the poultry production process, generating a positive impact for the planet.
But you can taste a chicken that isn’t chicken and say ‘Wow! How crunchy and tasty? THE NotCo believes so, and created the initiative to present the NotChicken, its new line of chicken substitute products.
“Place a giant golden chicken to communicate the launch of our line NotChicken it was the way we found to provoke people about the consumption of animal protein and invite the public to try the novelty that can still help the planet,” says Mauricio Alonso, General Director of NotCo No brazil.

Anyone visiting the venue between December 20th and 22nd will be able to see the installation, created by the agency Tastemakers, and also taste the new arrivals NotChickenzitos, and NotChickenBurger Empanado, at the Bullguer restaurant.
“The launch is part of Bullguer’s strategy of offering tasty and healthy product alternatives that can replace the consumption of animal protein and at the same time contribute to the environment”, says Thiago Koch, founding partner of Bullguer.
