Since 2017, Ogilvy globally has undergone several changes, including new business pillars in its portfolio. Adaptation is seen as a way to respond to the growing demands of modern marketing and keep up with the behavior of today’s hyper-connected consumers.
In this context, Ogilvy Brasil was attentive to market trends and, in order to meet them, began to offer courses in a business unit within the agency, the Ogilvy Consulting & Experiencewhich began as an operation with fewer than five people in 2017.
Today, the area has almost 50 professionals, with end-to-end work, including strategy, creation and implementation of Customer Experience, CRM & Loyalty, e-Commerce, Digital Products and Marketing Technologies, in addition to Business Transformation, Growth and Innovation, Marketing and Brand Innovation and Sustainability.

The biggest achievement in these 5 years was to grow organically, year after year, offering increasingly complete solutions to customers, including expanding scopes, in some cases, to the whole of Latin America.
The work of Ogilvy Consulting & Experience consists of, for example, designing and implementing always-on Digital Commerce strategies, First Party Data acquisition programs, innovative CRM & Loyalty programs, digital products for different brands, Business Transformation strategies , among many other services.
