Manual gathers tools and insights to help companies anticipate strategy for the second half of this year
Google launched this Tuesday (23), during the Google Conecta event in So Paulo, the Commerce Guide, a new version of the booklet that brings companies the main tools, products and consumer behavior insights.
The manual brings together tools and insights to help companies anticipate strategy for the second half of this atypical year due to the proximity of events such as Black Friday, the World Cup and Christmas. It can be accessed through Think with
Google, an online platform that brings together analysis, insights and consumer trends in content created by Google experts. The Commerce Guide replaces the old Retail Guide, launched in recent years. Divided into six chapters, the Guide reflects the changes in consumer habits in recent years, mainly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
At Google, we understand that the barriers between online and offline have disappeared and the Guide will allow us to help more companies connect with consumers who want to buy their products, regardless of channel, says Fernanda Bromfman, head of business for midsize companies from Google Brazil.
