The objective of taking advantage of the movement started by street vendors, who began to sell (and account for) towels sold with images of Lula and Bolsonaro
The elections take place on October 2nd, but the beginning of the free electoral campaign on radio and TV this Friday (26th) feeds the popular imagination and also publicity.
Based on this, the 11:21 agency took advantage of street vendors selling towels with images of candidates Luiz Incio Lula da Silva and Jair Bolsonaro, on the streets of Rio de Janeiro, to create a humorous action for Cerveja Rio Carioca.
With Brazil polarized, one of the symbols of the popularity of the main candidates are the towels sold throughout the country by street vendors. They even created “Data Toalha” to research which candidate sells the most, who is most popular, says Gustavo Bastos, partner and CCO of the agency.
The towel, in Bastos’ words, was created using the same graphic language as the candidates’ towels and distributed to street vendors in Rio de Janeiro. Created by Gustavo Bastos and Tamyres Fidalgo, with the approval of Joo Vieira and Luiz Vieira.
