In addition to contributing to the generation of content, the company wants the space to be a meeting point for fans, influencers and sponsors.
Seeking to reinforce its points of contact with the gamer and geek audience, Terra is preparing 360 coverage for this year’s Brasil Game Show (BGS), which takes place from October 6th to 12th, in So Paulo. Mediatech will have an exclusive studio for the Game On vertical, dedicated to covering eSports and geek culture, and will broadcast live.
In addition to contributing to the generation of content, the company wants the space to be a meeting point for fans, personalities, influencers and sponsors. The public will be able to follow the news not only on the Terra portal, but also on Twitch, Tiktok, Discord, Twitter, Spotify and Instagram.
Over the past five years, Terra has embraced all BGS live broadcasts. In all, we had over 9 million video views on products such as eSports championship lives, gameplay and news and cosplay programs, within the BGS Day proposal. As longtime partners with the fair, we reinforce the relevance of Game On for the entire gamer community, says Manoela Pereira, head of content at Terra.
When the event returns to face-to-face format, the publisher’s schedule includes interviews with creators and pro-players, debates and announcements of the main news.
Terra also sees in BGS, which it has partnered with since 2017, a space to build agreements and strategies with brands interested in dialoguing with the gaming public, using the knowledge it has acquired with the Game On vertical.
