Created by Galeria, the campaign aims to show the process of assembling customer orders
McDonald’s has launched its new campaign, “You Order, the Mqui P”, which aims to show that the chain begins to assemble the orders as soon as the customer chooses what he wants to eat.
Created by Galeria, the “P” appears to play with the dynamic process of preparing meals and contributes to reinforcing the fact that the brand’s fans can delight in freshly assembled items, in any of the chain’s channels.
Whether at the restaurant counter, at Drive-Tudo or at McDelivery, our commitment is the same: to offer tasty food, with the best ingredients, anywhere and anytime, with the certainty that you are consuming a quality product, prepared with great care and assembled exactly when each customer places their order, said Joo Branco, VP of Marketing at McDonalds Brazil.
In addition to the film, the campaign also features three pieces that address the customers’ favorite items, providing more information about the chain’s process. The new communication will be broadcast on open and closed TV, as well as a digital and influencer strategy.
“McDonalds is an experience made by people for people. In addition to the concept reinforcing this, it also enhances the preparation of the customer’s order, which is assembled on the spot by the restaurant team, whether done through the app or at one of the units,” added Gustavo Alves. , Guzera, Creative Director of the Gallery.
