With a team of 500 people and multiplatform transmission, the broadcaster promises a plural Cup for everyone

In total, the broadcaster will have a team of 500 people to cover the biggest football event in the world, with part of which will be allocated in Qatar and the other part in Brazil.

In addition to having an important ally to cover the event: diversity. The coverage will also feature the first female narrators in World Cup games: Renata Silveira, on TV Globo, and Natlia Lara, on SporTV.
In addition to them, the broadcaster reinforces the team of commentators with players Formiga, Cris Rozeira and Tamires, who will be together with former players Z Roberto and Hernanes, and Flamengo player Diego Ribas.

On SporTV channels, coverage of the World Cup starts at 6 am and goes until midnight, with a schedule that features special programs about the event and games. Globoplay will have its channel open to subscribers and show one game a day, narrated by Tiago Leifert and commented by Fernanda Colombo, coach Lisca and performance analyst Tomaz Freitas. Still on streaming, viewers will be able to watch 50 minutes of all games.
According to the director of sporting events at Globo, Joana Thimteo, one of the goals with the broadcast is to transform the Qatar World Cup in Brazil and, for that, the group is counting on a cast made up of former players, comedians and artists from the house. and content with curiosities about the country.
Globo Reprter will have a special edition that will air on November 11 and will have the presence of the Brazilian correspondent in Doha, Eric Faria. The station will also show Central da Copa, which will be presented by Alex Escobar, along with Luas Gutierres, Jojo Todynho and former players Fred and Alosio Chulapa.
In the frame Que Doha Essa?, comedian Marcelo Adnet will give voice to all the feelings of the people about the Cup, while Lucas Gutierrez shows the temperature of the fans straight from Qatar.
