Corporate platform restructures the area of marketing and advertising solutions; W+K has a new leadership in Human Resources and IPG Health Brasil presents a new area
The week brought together a series of movements in different companies and areas of the communication industry. LinkedIn announced the restructuring of the Marketing and Advertising Solutions team at LinkedIn Brazil, taking advantage of the good moment in the area, which exceeded US$ 5 billion in revenue globally.
The changes involve the promotion of Patrcia Leka and Leonardo Barros, who now occupy the positions of managers of Advertising Solutions for New Businesses & Emerging Businesses, and that of Eraldo Benazzi, now sales manager of LinkedIn’s marketing and advertising solutions for the big advertisers in Brazil and Miami. The platform also hired Gustavo Resende as senior corporate sales account executive.
Among the agencies, at the beginning of the week, IPG Health Brasil presented its new operating structure MedComms & Speacialties Agencies, which will be led by Ricardo Takahashi and this Friday Mestia announced the appointment of a new CEO, partner and CCO Paul Sanna.

Cheil announces 16 new hires to reinforce the Creation area and the Content Hub. Led by the agency’s Executive Creative Director, Felipe Andrade, the fronts operate deliveries in an integrated manner, combining means to develop broader messages, using quick content insights and a fresher creation.
The creative team includes writers Ivan Simans (ex-Santander), Stella Kupfer (ex-Superunion) and Daniel Real (ex-Future Brand); art directors Leandro Chist (ex-Tech and Soul), Vitor Palma (ex-DZ Estudio), Manoel Dalessio (ex-WMcCann) and Gabriela Lagrota (ex-Bioderma), art assistants Isaac Cotias and Angela Domingues (both ex-Rai Group); Motion Designer Nicolas Campos (ex-MRM); and General Project Manager Alex Nascimento (ex-Energy BBDO).

Fibra.Ag promoted Bruno Maano to the position of CCO. Graduated in Advertising from ESPM, he has almost 20 years of experience in the creative area and joined the agency in 2019 as head of planning and creation.
The advertising company began its career in 2004 at Grupo Po de Acar, developing digital actions for Extra and Po de Acar. Before arriving at Fibra.Ag, in 2019, he worked at Vintage.ag and was responsible for clients such as Volvo, BMW and Sky.

Planet Smart City informed that Alessandro Marchesini is the new head of digital strategy. Former Senior Director of Cloud SaaS Engineering at Oracle, his mission is to increase the digital component of Planet’s business by developing new products and services for the Italian and international market.
“Joining the Group at this time of strong growth gives me the opportunity to improve my skills and the leadership experience gained in international projects,” said Marchesini.

IMMakers Ads announced the hiring of six professionals, who arrive to work in different areas. Negcios & Insights is the area that receives the most reinforcements with the hiring of two professionals, Rosemary Fernandes (ex-Wolfconecta) and Camilla Alvarenga (ex-Tinder). Other newcomers are Paulo Cesar for SDR (commercial support), Andr Vision (ex-Enc Energy) as controller executive, Jlio Cesar da Silva Martins as jr performance marketing analyst) and Patrcia Cunha (ex-Casamoda and Bubble), in the admin.
