Live marketing company is under the direction of the new CEO, Valdeck Junior
With 15 years of experience in the live marketing market, completed this month, Sallero announces a change of command, restructuring of its operation, hiring and also a new headquarters. The first change was the departure of the executive functions of founder Joo Paulo Filomeno, who remains on the board, and was replaced by Valdeck Junior, who went from director of operations to CEO of the agency. In her place as COO, Fernanda Alteff takes over.
Under the new management, the agency strengthened its activities in four pillars of products and services: activations and events, branding, digital presence and relationship and promotion. The objective is to build multiplatform projects, which is already happening for clients such as Sem Parar Empresas, LOral Paris, Boehringer Ingelheim Sade Animal, Aegea, BV, Dentsplay Sirona and Heineken.
We believe in lasting relationships and, therefore, we have ongoing projects with all our clients, which allows us to better understand the companies and brands for whom we work and promote more strategic deliveries that make a difference and generate better results, says Valdeck Junior.
The agency’s plan for the next three years includes a prospection project, especially in sectors in which Sallero has great expertise, such as agribusiness and the financial sector. The goal is to expand the client portfolio and promote a 150% growth in the volume of projects and business generation by 2025. Another focus of the agency will be the B2B market.

Currently, the agency has 40 professionals distributed among the areas of service and business, planning, creation, production and content, it has renewed 30% of its team and continues to seek professionals to expand its staff.
Another novelty is the new space, Casa Sallero, located in the heart of Vila Madalena, in So Paulo. And to celebrate its anniversary, Sallero will launch a special campaign on its digital channels entitled Sallero 15 anos – Causos e Cases.
