With multidisciplinary professionals, QuintoAndar DataHouse seeks to expand access to information on the housing market
QuintoAndar presented its data core, QuintoAndar DataHouse, which aims to expand access to information and assist in the company’s marketing strategies.
In practice, DataHouse develops and publishes data products in order to contribute to the decision-making process of those looking for a property, whether to buy or rent.
“In addition to supporting the development of tools and informing our customers and partners in the real estate process, we also use this data to strategically guide our communication. We believe in the power of data to empower people and open doors to better living”, said Bruno Rossini, QuintoAndar’s Communications Director.
The nucleus is an initiative of the communication team, directed by Bruno Rossini, which has the direct management of journalist Thiago Reis. In addition, DataHouse has multidisciplinary professionals, such as economists and data journalists.
The housing market still lacks relevant information and this makes it very difficult for all links in our chain to make decisions. With the consolidation of DataHouse, we believe we are taking another step towards our mission to help more Brazilians find, trade and, above all, live in their dream home, said QuintoAndar’s Data Manager.
The team is responsible for editing QuintoAndar’s main data products, such as the QuintoAndar Rent Index, the Purchase and Sale Report and the QuintoAndar Housing Census. In addition, the center produces studies and seasonal surveys in order to map the main trends in the real estate market.
