The health plan choice platform Qualicorp announces Marcia Wolff as new director of Digital Transformation and Technology. The professional will continue the company’s strategy of becoming more and more a data-driven and customer-centric company.
“Digital transformation is putting people at the center of our decisions and seeking to understand individual needs, always offering the best solution”, says the executive.
Graduated in Computer Science, Márcia has an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC, as well as courses on leadership and innovation at institutions such as MIT and Stanford University.
With experience in technology, project leadership and large operations, Marcia Wolff has worked at Vivo, Oi, Claro and AXA Brasil.
Since 2019, Qualicorp has intensified initiatives focused on gender equity, inclusion and diversity, which led to 68% of women among its employees and female participation in 59% of leadership positions.
