FCB Brasil presented its new structure with the aim of seeking ‘more effective results for the agency and clients’ through a content-centric idea.
As a result of this change, a culture area is being created, which will be led by Anna Martha Silveira who, in addition to ECD, will assume the position of Chief Culture Officer.
The culture of an organization shapes attitudes and behaviors in a broad and lasting way, in addition to defining what is encouraged, discouraged, accepted or rejected in the group”, said the executive. as a way to create relevant work for our clients, from people to people, he added.
According to the agency, the newly created Operations area was responsible for redesigning the agency’s internal processes in search of an operation in which it is possible to ‘think and experiment with new ways of communicating’.
In the second stage, which started this month, the consultancy Korn & Ferry coordinates a work of mapping the current culture of the agency and a design, together with the team, of the desired culture.
The agency’s board is also undergoing restructuring with the departure of Marcelo Rizrio, who will have his duties distributed among the creative directors.
