The global giant Nice, a global leader in solutions for the management and security of homes and buildings, invests 20 million euros in its new headquarters in Brazil, a smart complex in the “Show Factory” style. With an area of 20 thousand square meters inspired by Industry 4.0, the new unit is expected to open in the first half of 2023.
The plant, located in Limeira, in the interior of São Paulo, will produce gate automation and will be one of the company’s international R&D centers, where tests will be carried out for the implementation of new technologies and solutions aimed at simplifying people’s daily lives.
Leonardo Sanchez, General Director of Nice Brasil, celebrates:
“This avant-garde and eco-sustainable complex reinforces the importance of emerging markets for the company. This hub will be the largest in South America in the sector.”
The project is signed by the international studio MC A – Mario Cucinella Architects.
