Vincius Malinoski, who also works at Netflix, arrives after changes in the agency’s board
In order to strengthen its vision of innovation, Talent announced the hiring of Vincius Malinoski to be the agency’s new CCO. The creative arrives after changes made to the company’s board of directors.
In April, Talent Marcel announced Lica Bueno as CEO and Joo Livi, then CCO, as chairman of the Publicis Groupe company.
Malinoski was head of the creative team at Google for six years, in addition to having experience as director of film marketing at Netflix. Among the agencies he passed through are Santa Clara, DM9DDB and Cubocc.

Talent CEO Lica Bueno called Malinoski’s arrival ‘an important milestone in the agency’s history’.
