Epsilon, a global technology company and part of the Publicis Groupe, announced the start of its operations in Latin America through the acquisition of Retargetly.
The acquisition of Epsilon gives the ability to deliver its platforms throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and now Latin America.

Retargetly will also take advantage of the merger to accelerate media delivery capacity and bring additional value to its existing customer base.
