Campaign, starring the captain of the fifth championship, has Soko’s signature
Greek eye, four-leaf clover, crossing your fingers, three little jumps… The habits of Brazilians when cheering are numerous, it’s true, but OMO created a ritual for fans to send zica away: wash their lucky pieces with the branded product.
And, to start this new ritual, the brand brought in the captain of the five-time championship, Cafu, to start this current of good energies. In a video for Tiktok, the player appears getting ready in a mini ritual with rock salt and incense, ending with OMO to wash the zika off his lucky shirt.
“#LavaAZica is a campaign to rescue the joy, passion and feeling of unity of Brazilians. It’s only in moments like this that we write new stories and build stronger bonds. And the customs and clothes we’re going to wear to cheer are part of this ritual”, said Vinicius Menezes, senior marketing manager OMO.
Soko signs the strategy and creative idea of the campaign, launched this Tuesday (8).
