Fernanda Tedde will be COO, Rafaela Alvez will respond as CDMO and José Lopes, the agency’s CGO
AlmapBBDO announced a reorganization of its executive team with the promotions of Fernanda Tedde, who becomes COO; Rafaela Alves, now CDMO; and José Lopes, as CGO of the agency.
According to the agency, the efforts of the executives will be to provide a ‘healthy, inclusive, internal environment with increasingly agile and optimized processes’.
Fernanda Tedde started working in advertising in 2000. Since then, she has worked in leading agencies such as JWT, Y&R, Lew/Lara TBWA, working for local and global brands such as Embratel, Kraft, Unilever.
Rafaela Alves was at LOral for five years as media and integrated communication director. The executive has also traveled to Claro, Tim and Gol Linha Aéreas.
Finally, Jos Lopes has been with Almap since 2013, when he arrived to work for Volkswagen. With a career spanning 25 years, he worked at agencies in Curitiba, Brasilia and Salvador, before joining JWT So Paulo in 2010. Now as Chief Growth Officer at AlmapBBDO, he is now responsible for the agency’s relationship with the market, profitability of the operation and generation of new recipes.
