Zé Gotinha was chosen as the best Brand Persona in Brazil, according to popular voting by iBest, which rewards the best initiatives in the Brazilian digital universe. He competed with Dollynho da Dolly and Lu da Magalu in the popular vote. In the Academy election, which is decided by a jury of specialists, the winner was Lu da Magalu, who competed with Nat da Natura and Zé Gotinha.
For Marcos Wettreich, CEO of iBest, the award serves as a certifier, highlighting the companies and influencers that stand out as the best among the biggest in Brazil. “We anchored the definition of the group of finalists to engagement and reach metrics, and the Top3 iBest are those who managed to be elected among the giants” points out Wettreich, and adds: “For the winners, iBest anticipates the growth of its market- share, by revealing which initiative the consumer has the greatest affinity with”, points out Wettreich.

The iBest Award consolidates itself as the biggest award in Brazil, either for the scope of its 87 categories, or for the volume of popular voting. The selection of the best in Brazil is made with the support of an iBest algorithm that searches, quantifies and compares the digital relevance of each initiative, in all the main social networks, websites and apps, and with the support of a prior vote.
