The speed and ease of Pix is already a reality in the lives of Brazilians. Even so, many people still do not use the Central Bank’s instant payment system on a daily basis. For this reason, CPFL Energia opens a dialogue with its customers about practicality and speed when paying the bill and, in its new campaign, shows how easy it would be if all of life’s problems were quickly resolved like a Pix. It was created by b2biz, the business to business (B2B) marketing center of the Fbiz agency.
Camila Pikunas, Marketing and Relationship Manager at CPFL Energia, says:
“We want to bring more and more agility and practicality to our customers. The campaign shows that we want quick and simple solutions for our daily lives, and paying the energy bill can be like that.”
“What if life was simple as a Pix?”: is what the campaign film produced by Patricia Benetti Produções with scene direction by Marcelo Presotto asks. Among the examples to answer the question, a highlight is a sink full of crockery, which magically gets clean when someone swipes their cell phone across the screen. Or when a table full of slips is released in the blink of an eye from the bills to be paid as soon as the same cell phone crosses from one corner of the scene to the other. That is, you pay the bill and the matter is resolved at the same time. It’s the brand’s way of saying “Come to the Pix world with CPFL”.

Lara Magalhães, head of b2biz, comments:
“It’s great when we manage to run a campaign that combines creativity with functionality, especially for society. And CPFL gives us this possibility when it makes payment via Pix available for energy bills.”
