Bassi
Bassi, a premium meat line admired by great chefs, has invited a female selection of specialists in creative recipes for the World Cup. Influencers Carol Fiorentino, Tati Bassi and Deborah Werneck are part of the “Triple Crown” challenge, in which they must use the Bife Ancho Bassi cut to prepare dishes inspired by Morocco, Brazil and Uruguay. The first episode is now available on Bassi’s Instagram profile. In it, Carol Fiorentino represents Morocco and teaches how to make a Steak Ancho with Moroccan couscous.
Over the next few days, chef Tati Bassi will take to the field to pay homage to Brazil with Ancho Bassi Steak with Heart of Palm Pupunha on the grill. Then, it will be Deborah Werneck’s turn to score a home run with a dish inspired by Uruguay: Steak Ancho, salsa criolla and rustic potato puree.
Montana Steakhouse
The Montana Steakhouse line – which specializes in bringing flavor to the grill, barbecue and stove – invited chef Bruno Salomão to create three sandwich recipes inspired by countries that are part of the soccer competition. All of them using succulent entrecote from Montana Steakhouse. And to choose the big winner, followers need to vote for their favorite option in stories.
The first sandwich chosen is from Brazil, with a combination that is typical of our country: entrecôte, vegetables and cream cheese. The full recipe is now available on Montana Steakhouse’s Instagram.
To pay homage to Spain’s warm climate, the second competitor is made with succulent entrecote, red bell pepper, aioli mayonnaise, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Chef Bruno Salomão teaches how to prepare it here:

The third and final opponent will bring the taste of Japan. It is prepared with the base of katsu sando, a very traditional breaded sandwich from the streets of Tokyo. Among the ingredients are: entrecote, cabbage, salt, wheat flour and panko, pepper and wasabi mayonnaise. The episode will be released in the coming days, on the brand’s profile: @montanasteakhouse.marfrig.
