ShowHeroes announced the launch of a global project that aims to work only with sustainable partners, called “Better Media”.
The company has defined a series of standards on topics such as sustainability, diversity, inclusion and ethics for the project and is committing to give priority to partners that align and adhere to these principles in 2023.
Choosing to work with partners who meet these guidelines is a big commitment, but we need to make it happen to achieve a future in which we can all thrive. It is imperative that we come together as an industry to protect our environment, people’s privacy and diversity. Fostering sustainability is not something any one company can do alone, said Ilhan Zengin, CEO of ShowHeroes Group.
The Better Media project is based on four main pillars: sustainable media; data ethics; the company’s environmental footprint is diversity, equity and inclusion and will serve as a roadmap to structure and guide the company’s efforts in digital sustainability and allows the brand to continue to deliver results for publishers, advertisers and the ultimate audience, while impacting positively the environment, local communities, employees and the world at large.
The principles of diversity, equity and inclusion shape ShowHeroes’ culture, operations and customer relationships, as well as social engagement activities. A culture of transparency and acceptance through open communication and awareness initiatives is actively promoted on a daily basis, while gender equality and women’s leadership are prioritized.
