Ricardo Silvestre and Luize Araujo are among the highlights of the list
A list that seeks to highlight entrepreneurs, creators and game-changers aged up to 30, in more than 15 categories, Forbes Under 30 included names such as streamer Casimiro, digital influencer Virgnia Fonseca, and actress Marina Ruy Barbosa.
According to the publication, each name was evaluated according to objective and subjective metrics and criteria, such as revenue, market value, contributions received, reach, impact, creativity, originality, disruption and relevance, among others.
When the subject was Marketing and Advertising, the magazine chose Ricardo Silvestre, Giulia Braide and Arthur Chini, Paulo Benetti, Luize Araujo, Charles Omoregie and Gabriel Duarte.
Ricardo Silvestre worked in the advertising market for ten years before founding Black Influence, an agency that works with black creators and influencers in Brazil. Silvestre’s objective is to generate social impact, in addition to increasing the representation of black people in advertising. The market is evolving, but at a slow pace. There are still many brands with superficial speeches and that are positioned only to comply with protocol, said Silvestre in interviews with Forbes.
Giulia Braidand and Arthur Down are founders of Messs, a creative ecosystem formed by a content producer and a communication agency. Giulia’s career started when she was 18 years old at the opportunity, he founded a social media company.
Arthur, on the other hand, comes from the fashion area and, in 2017, opened an influence marketing agency. Alongside Giulia, he founded Messs, which was considered last year the face of Generation Z by the WGSN global platform.
CEO at Outplay, a content agency and game influencer, Paulo Benetti it is also among the names of Forbes Under 30. Today, the company is a reference in the influencers market and one of the specialists in marketing campaigns within the metaverse in Brazil.
Luise Araujo, 27 years old, is the founder of Motora who, since 2016, has been working with initiatives such as Mulher Cria and the Pretos Criam conversation circle, which invited black designers to share their experiences in the market. The company, which is headquartered in Salvador (BA) and has an office in the city of São Paulo, was featured at the Brazilian Design Biennial in 2019. Last year, Motora won silver at the Latin American Design Award.
At the age of 28, Charles Omoregie marketing and technology executive and currently the product leader at Google. At the multinational, he is responsible for defining strategies for launching and marketing products for the Brazilian market. He wants to expand the spaces of representation in the market with actions that allow more people to have their talents recognized and their voices heard, said the magazine.
Lastly, Gabriel Duarte new business director at Final Level, a Go4it company. Before that, however, Duarte even founded Cursor, one of the first e-Sports marketing agencies, in 2016. Coca-Cola and Elma Chips were some of the brands for which the executive has already developed campaigns within the gamer universe.
