Up Brasil, a company specializing in corporate benefit cards, in partnership with Unimed Uberlândia, is organizing the webinar “Life asks for balance”. Next Thursday (26th), at 4:00 pm, companies, leaders, customer users and employees were invited to discuss new habits in the work routine, such as the implementation of the hybrid home office system and how companies can commit to ensure an environment that values the mental health of workers. The theme is part of the White January campaign — an annual date that seeks attention to the issue of mental health.
Luciana Aparecida Montuanelli, Director of People & Performance, Corporate Governance and Internal Communication at Up Brasil, says:
′′ The global mental health crisis we’ve been through in recent years gains weight in this month of White January. Companies that are resilient with their employees, when the focus is on mental health, tend to have a differential. Therefore, Up Brasil and its humanized vision of benefits management to help human resources teams have a lot to contribute to the theme.”
The free webinar will have Caroline Almeida Tano, a psychologist at the Department of Preventive Medicine at Espaço Viver at Unimed Uberlândia, as a speaker. Graduated from the State University of Minas Gerais (UEMG) – Campus Ituiutaba, with experience in Primary Health Care, Clinical and Hospital Psychology.
