The transmission by Record TV of the most important regional football championship in the country, Paulistão 2023, has a new sponsor, Itaú. It is the first time that the bank supports the broadcaster’s football. Itaú joins sponsors Claro and McDonald’s in the multiplatform transmission of the tournament. Another two new quotas will be announced soon.
For the second year in a row, fans can enjoy multiplatform coverage and transmission, combining sports tradition with the most modern resources in the digital world. In 2023, 16 clubs are divided into four groups before the knockout stage, which starts in the quarterfinals.
To carry out the transmissions, the channel called a team to work in front of and behind the cameras. Among the names of the television team, presenter Mylena Ciribelli; the narrator Lucas Pereira; commentators Renato Marsiglia and Dodô, who opine about refereeing and games, respectively; and reporters Roberto Thomé, Bruno Piccinato, Jean Brandão and Janice de Castro.
