Renata Cintra now leads the agency’s customer and business relationship structure
Soko promoted Renata Cintra to the position of vice president of customer service. Now, the executive starts to lead the relationship and business vision of the agency’s clients.
For the past two years, Cintra has served as head of operations for the Ambev and Dove accounts. At Soko since 2016, he has already worked in the areas of broadcasting – responsible for amplifying creative narratives – and customer service, in addition to leading accounts such as Guaran Antrcética, Netflix, Dove, Uber, among others.
Prior to joining Soko, Cintra was in PR for over ten years and led the reputations of major brands from Diageo, Viacom and Nike.
“The agency’s structure was designed to reflect our culture in everything we do, and this movement is a consolidation of this look in relation to customer service and business vision”, said Renata Cintra.
