With this campaign, we want to get even closer to our customers and future customers, showing our team’s full capacity to support organizations that already understand the positive impact of diversity, equity and inclusion for people and businesses. The action is an invitation for people to participate in this movement to transform work environments and society as well, said Ricardo Sales, founder and CEO of Mais Diversidade.
The campaign, co-created by the consultancy’s internal teams and coordinated by the communication team, is the result of a collective movement, guided by the articulation of solutions based on trust, care and lightness, values of Mais Diversidade.
