The company’s hiring and promotions aim to present new opportunities, communication strategies and projects to local customers.
TEM+, the business and solutions conglomerate of which Globo’s affiliated broadcaster TV TEM is a part, presented its reinforcements for the Market area, led by director Nilson Moyses.
The company’s hiring and promotions aim to present new opportunities, communication strategies and projects for local clients, present in 318 cities in the interior of São Paulo and Brazil.
Claudia Gussoni and Wylla Orvalho will assume the positions of Multiplatform Business manager and Event Planning manager, respectively. Another movement was the promotion of Marcos Bueno, who has been with TV TEM for seven years, and assumes the position of Digital Platform manager, working in the planning and management of digital businesses.
Our intention is to give protagonism to the brands, bringing them even closer to our local community, made up of more than 9 million people, with entertainment, events and journalism produced by the companies of the group. With the dynamism of the team, TEM+ strengthens its presence with local customers and gains projection in the national market. In this way, we will take the strength of the interior, facilitating the way for the brands to speak directly with the public in the region, said Moyses.
The Planning team also underwent changes with the promotion of three employees. Led by Eric Ursini, Planning and Marketing manager, the sector is divided into the Metrics and Performance, Strategic Actions, Content and Market teams.
In the Metrics and Performance team, Gustavo Garcia becomes the head, focusing his work on data analysis and research. Vitria Avancini takes over as head of Strategic Actions, being responsible for the development of New Projects. Finally, Pedro Scanavez was promoted to head of Contedo.
Through the expertise of professionals, our area starts to produce with a more digital and multiplatform vision. In addition, we managed to develop several crossmedia projects, integrated and with a 360 perspective, explained Ursini.
