The meeting, held this Tuesday (7), had as its main objective the approximation between the parties
Leaders from Fenapro (National Federation of Advertising Agencies) met at the Planalto Palace, in Braslia (DF), with the Chief Minister of Secom (Secretary of Social Communication of the Presidency of the Republic), Paulo Pimenta.
The meeting, which took place on Tuesday (7), had the objective of promoting rapprochement between the two parties and making the entity available to the body to deal with issues related to the communication industry.
The entity’s representatives presented Secom with an overview of the communication industry in the country, and highlighted its contribution to the generation of jobs and income.
The importance of self-regulation was also discussed as the best way to create a healthy competitive environment, and the guidelines of Cenp (Executive Council for Standard Norms) were highlighted as the most appropriate reference to guide the structure of public notices for bids in the area of advertising.
