Juliana Barros worked for over 20 years at the company and is now returning to marketing
Avon announced, this Monday (27), Juliana Barros as the company’s new head of marketing. The executive, who was ahead of Natura &Co’s marketing strategies for Latin America last year, actually returns to the brand where she worked for over 20 years.
Juliana participated in the case #VeioPraFicar, a campaign to publicize the Power Stay line, popularly known as Batom da Marta. The action, at the time, brought record sales, an increase in marketing share, in addition to winning awards.
She holds a degree in marketing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA in Communication and Marketing from ESPM.
Avon is a revolutionary brand, which has been present in Brazilian homes for 65 years, always reinventing itself, expanding its relevance with a pioneering spirit not only in products, but in many social fronts. Almost 140 years ago, it created relationship selling, a business model that even today allows women to build their financial independence in an accessible way, said the executive.
