SoulCode, a Brazilian edtech whose purpose is technological education aimed at digital inclusion, social impact, diversity and employability, presents its first advertising campaign, encouraging companies to participate and provide access to training and employability opportunities.
With the concept “SoulCode: Coding new futures”, the communication presents real cases of people who had no connection or knowledge of technology, but found in education the opportunity to learn technology and reposition themselves in a timely manner in the job market. The signature highlights the “codar”, a popular expression in technical language to refer to the ability to program and generate new codes.
The campaign shows the true stories of Alliny Machado, 22, a former receptionist who joined Global Hitss as a developer; and Luiz Santana, who was a watchmaker and, aged 44, became a salesforce analyst at Raizen after graduating from a SoulCode course.
The creation was developed in partnership with Digital Favela through Cria D.Favela – hub for creation and production of content on the platform that generates connection of the culture and opportunities of the favela between the creators of these territories and the brands. In addition to relying primarily on a team coming from the communities in its development, the strategy will also include influencers and favela content creators to amplify messages in these territories, as well as OOH media and digital channels.
Carmela Borst, CEO of SoulCode, highlights:
“We are democratizing digital education in the country with social impact and diversity. We want to show people that they can digitize their careers and, at the same time, reinforce that companies can assume this important role of education and employability with society. Having real characters and a creative partner with the same purpose, like Digital Favela, effectively shows that many Brazilians just need an opportunity to change their lives and the future of their families. The result of the work is absolutely true.”
Felipe Branquinho, CCO (Chief Creative Officer) of Digital Favela, reinforces:
“It is an honor to be part of this new stage of SoulCode communication, an inspiring company that truly transforms the lives of many people by democratizing programming and technology.”
With options for live and online classes 100% free for students, made possible by companies and partners, SoulCode is committed to promoting not only a differentiated training, a trademark of edtech that brings its own methodology, but also to guarantee diversity in the training of these students. professionals and bridge the gap with the job market after training.
