Ana Ventura will be responsible for leading the area
Tech and Soul presented a new structure focused solely on out-of-home media. Called VidaOOH, the operation will be responsible for special projects for all of the house’s clients, under the leadership of Ana Ventura, head of media at Tech and Soul.
Vida OOH is our unit with expertise and specific tools that allow us to create OOH media projects for our clients, based on data. We believe that communication should be part of people’s lives and being on the street is the best way to be part of everyone’s lives, explains Ana Ventura.
In addition, the agency announced reinforcements in digital, with the hiring of Fernanda Vasconcelos, the new director of digital media and performance. Graduated in Journalism from FAMECOS/PUCRS, Specialist in Marketing from SENAC-RS and MBA student in Marketing, Branding and Growth at PUC-RS, she has been working in the communication market for 22 years, dedicating herself to digital marketing in the last 19 years.
The creation, on the other hand, has three changes through promotions from in-house professionals. Guga Dias da Costa, who was Tech and Soul’s art director for the last four years, is now creative director.
In the structure of the agency, he will partner with Daniel Magri, who also rose to a position at the company, moving from creative director to executive creative director (ECD).
The two are responsible for the creation of accounts such as C6Bank, Click Bus, Youse and B3. Another promotion on the creation of Juliano Ferrari, now head of digital creation.
For Tech and Soul, creation is an extremely strategic area, the heart of any agency, and the best way to encourage work that is relevant and part of popular culture is to recognize professionals who are doing a differentiated work in-house, explains Flavio Waiteman, partner and CCO of the agency.
