If we asked you to name a brand right now, what would it be? The search Top Of Mind Conversion interviewed Brazilians connected to the internet to find out which brand first comes to mind in 19 categories. Computing responses from all segments, iFood, Netflix and Nike lead the mentions.
“We see in the first two positions brands with youthful appeal and that are based on technology, and the rankingin general, is also dominated by companies of tech. However, there is only one Brazilian brand, which is CVC”, comments Diego Ivo, founder and CEO of Conversion.
According to the survey, other brands that stood out in their categories are Coca-Cola (Non-Alcoholic Beverages), Natura (Beauty and Cosmetics), Samsung (Cell Phones), Amazon (Ecommerce), PlayStation (Games), Pedigree (Products and/or services for pets), Vivara (Luxury Products), Casas Bahia (Products for the home), Nestlé (Healthy Products), Instagram (Social Networks) and CVC (Travel and Tourism).
The study also brings the traffic of the most mentioned brands in each of the categories, to understand the correlation between recall and visits to the site.
The survey heard 400 Brazilians connected to the internet, from all social classes and regions of Brazil. It can be read in full by clicking here.
