Endemol Shine Brasil and BBC Studios have just renewed their partnership. The new bond ratifies Endemol Shine Brasil the exclusive rights to sell and produce the British company’s non-fiction shows in the country, which has successful formats such as Top Gear e The Weakest Link.
The first agreement between the two companies took place in 2017 and resulted in the production of five seasons of Dancing Brasil, a national version of Dancing With The Star, presented by Xuxa Meneghel. After that, in 2020 the production company held a season of Hair, reality in which, in each episode, the hairdressers are challenged to show that they really are specialists in cuts and hairstyles in order to remain in contention for an award. Both formats were created in partnership with Record TV.
