Copywriter Bruno Reis and art director Breno Ribeiro received their diplomas during the So Paulo and Brazil Columnists Award party
Editor Bruno Reis and art director Breno Ribeiro were announced as the winners of the Alex Prize, during the 2021/22 So Paulo and Brazil Columnists Prize party, which took place on Monday night (22), at ESPM .
The two added the highest scores through the works that competed for Colunistas So Paulo, deserving the Gold diploma of this new category of Colunistas, which honors the name of Alex Periscinoto and will register the best creatives of São Paulo communication, according to the award from the Abracomp.
Breno Ribeiro is currently living in New York, working at BBDO, after three years at AlmapBBDO, where he participated in the award-winning technical sheets at Colunistas. And Bruno Reis, who was a copywriter for Africa at the time of the award, today creates for David Miami.
In second place at the Alex Prize, were editor Julia Malavazzi — ex-Africa and currently W+K — and art director Joo Corazza, who, like Bruno Reis, was in Africa and is now on the creative team of David Miami.
Finally, in third place, came the editor Daniell Rezende, from AlmapBBDO, and the art director Lucas Andrade (former AlmapBBDO and current AKQA).
The award finalists were also highlighted at the event, art directors Gabo Moraes (Gallery), Matheus Franzoni (GUT) and Thiago Ferreira (former Gallery and current GUT). And the editors Gabriel Braz (Gallery), Luan Alves (Gallery), Lucas Rocha (Gallery), Marcelo Pignatari Rosa (ex-AlmapBBDO) and Nicholas Bergantin (Africa).
