Coordinated by Sandra Martinelli, the book brings together 54 documents, produced in the last seven years
The ABA (Brazilian Association of Advertisers) launched on the 30th, at Livraria Cultura do Conjunto Nacional, in São Paulo, the book ‘Advocacy ABA: permanent defense of freedom of expression and self-regulation in advertising’.
The work coordinated by Sandra Martinelli, executive president of the ABA, brings together 54 documents, produced in the last seven years, in which the entity participated in hearings, prepared papers, manifestations and contributions to public consultations, promoting and holding meetings with parliamentarians to promote responsible marketing, freedom of expression and self-regulation.
The book is the result of the contribution of the Advocacy pillar of the ABA, led by the Entity’s Legal and Government Relations Committees, chaired, respectively, by Dr. Eliane Quintella (Softys Brasil) and Daniela Rios (P&G) with the support of Foco Relations Government, advisory of the entity in Brasilia, represented by Carla Bencke, and Magalhães e Dias Advocacia, ABA’s legal consultancy, represented by its Partner, Dr. Lucia Ancona Lopez de Magalhães Dias.
The book was published in partnership with Editora Leader and has a preface by Nelcina Tropardi, president of ABA, and a prologue by Sergio Pompilio, president of the Superior Council of ABA and president of CONAR. The book was also launched in Brasilia, on May 31st.
