Conceived by AlmapBBDO, Soko and Grupo Dreamers, together with ESPM, Fill the Gap announced this Monday (5th) the list of selected artists. The course, which is free, is part of a series of diversity and inclusion initiatives by companies.
A total of 40 candidates were selected for the vacancies. Among those chosen to compose the class, there are 20 black cisgender women, 1 cisgender woman with a disability, 1 indigenous cisgender woman, 14 black cisgender men and 4 transgender men. Of the total, 85% represent black people and 37.5% are LGBT+.
The program received 1,128 applicants during the recruitment and selection process, carried out by EmpregueAfro consultancy.
The course will start tomorrow, June 6th, with an open and live master class.
