The initiative, created by Africa Creative, updates communication cards used by autistic people with technology.
Vivo, in partnership with the Association of Friends of the Autistic (AMA), announced the launch of the project “The Journey of Autism”, which uses artificial intelligence to improve communication with autistic people.
The initiative was conceived based on data that points out that, in Brazil, there are two million autistic people and that showed that one of the means of communication for a large part of this community is the visual cards, which help them to communicate about basic activities. everyday.
In the piece, created by Africa Creative, these cards can be updated using artificial intelligence, through an online platform that is simple to navigate. Through the site, people can interact with a neural network that analyzes billions of online data to strengthen relationships.
“Vivo continues with its purpose of digitizing to approach and brings a project that can help family members and educators to promote a different and immersive experience with autistic people”, said Marina Daineze, director of Brand and Communication at Vivo.
The platform also had all its architecture and layout designed for autistic people, respecting colors and typologies that are more friendly to them.
