Cheil presented its new Chief Creative Officer (CCO), Felipe Andrade. The executive, who had already worked at the agency for two years, occupying the position of Executive Creative Director, will now be responsible for coordinating both Brazil and the six subsidiaries in Latin countries where Cheil has offices.
Currently, the agency’s creative area has more than 80 collaborators, including creatives, RTV area, graphic production, projects, 3D studio/Virtual Influencer and content. During his management, Felipe was responsible for implementing nuclei such as social content, the unification of the so-called “Business Unit” creating identity for these units, the creation of a 3D Studio for the production of content for the virtual influencer SAM, in addition to investing in tools related to technology and automation such as MidJourney, optimizing the creative processes of the 3D studio.
In addition to hiring new talents for creation since his arrival at the agency, Felipe has increased female representation in the teams by more than 30%, even having areas composed only of women.

Now I want to focus on consolidating our creative capacity and connecting even more the areas of content, creation and retail, always aiming at the customer’s real needs, as well as strengthening the agency’s business vision, helping to outline strategic moves seeking to position Cheil as a reference”, said the new CCO.
Tatiana Pacheco, General Director of Cheil Brasil, adds that the new CCO is a distinguished professional and deserves full credit for this achievement. “Because he has a multidisciplinary profile, Felipe has always been able to interpret Cheil’s DNA, understanding the context and needs of each brand. He is a restless professional who constantly seeks to find the best solutions and, in addition to leading, understands, motivates and puts his hand in what differentiates it and, consequently, also improves our deliveries”, added Tatiana.
