The certificate delivered to 48 Brazilian companies measures the evolution of practices in the labor market
The Top Employers Institute, a global authority in the certification of excellence provided by companies from the most diverse segments to their employees, certified 48 Brazilian companies.
According to the company, organizations certified by the Top Employers Institute positively impact the lives of more than eight million employees worldwide.
The global certification program, which measures the evolution of best practices in the labor market, included companies from 15 sectors of the economy, with information technology, financial services, consumer, health, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, in addition to energy and retail.
“[No Brasil] the changes that have taken place in the last two years have driven certified companies to reinvent their businesses and the way they relate to their employees. This has created opportunities for development and innovation, bringing teams more and more to the center of decisions, definitively transforming the way businesses and people are managed,” said Gustavo Tavares, leader of the Top Employers Institute for the Americas.
The assessment considers the HR practices implemented throughout 2021, still impacted by the pandemic, which required companies not only to be increasingly connected to the particular needs of employees, customers and communities, but also to comply with their strategic business objectives. in a still very uncertain and highly challenging scenario.
