Action “With iFood Beneficios, the HR day lasts the whole month” highlights the importance of HR and its role in the corporate world
Bold and iFood Beneficios turned the HR professional’s day into a month-long celebration. The campaign aims to increase awareness of the product among Human Resources professionals and strengthen relationships with companies that already use the corporate benefit.
Under the concept “With iFood Beneficios, HR day lasts the whole month”, the campaign involves several initiatives ranging from a special shipment for HR professionals who already use the product, to a great strategy on social networks that brings promotional content.
“We created a personalized treat to celebrate and provoke professional partners and prospects, demonstrating iFood Beneficios’ commitment to valuing and recognizing the work of Human Resources. In addition, a series of contents created for social networks seek to open conversation with potential customers”, said Dbora Serralheiro, associate creative director at Bold.
On social networks (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), content brought special conditions for companies that contracted new balances of iFood Benefcios, consolidating the brand’s presence among potential customers.
On LinkedIn, priority was also given to content focusing on themes relevant to the public, such as: the HR calendar, a planner for organizing the area’s demands, strategic remuneration, and also a post on how to promote a healthy environment for diversity and inclusion.
