Come here, tell us. Are you more relaxed or more tense? Do you like changes or do you prefer the comfort zone? Do you work too hard or just right? Are you more shy or outgoing? According to a study conducted by French Wine With Style, just by the wine you choose, you can answer all these questions! Is it true?
The finding of the research, released last year, is that each type of wine reveals a personality. The study interviewed consumers of white, red and rosé wines, and found very different characteristics.
Red wine drinkers, for example, are more relaxed than other wine fans. Most are educated, married, drink more often and often describe themselves as confident, strong and intelligent. Rosé wine lovers, on the other hand, are not adept at change, and find themselves more noisy, warm and charming.
Those who prefer a white wine tend to be a more serious person, says the study. Consumers of this type, in general, are more connected to their position at work, are interested in moving up the career ladder and describe themselves as practical, bright, shy and quiet.
In addition to personality, the survey results also showed the average income of each type of consumer. People who prefer red wine typically earn between $64,000 and $72,000 a year, while white wine lovers earn between $40,000 and $48,000. Rosé wine lovers are in the US$ 48,000 range.

Also produced with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it harmonizes perfectly with red, grilled, roasted meats and cheeses. Its name honors the ruins of the old windmill from the 17th century that are still in the middle of the vineyard.
