Campaign brings pieces co-created by Olympic athletes and inspired by the sport
Evoke launches its newest exclusive collection. In partnership with big names in skateboarding, the brand brings unique models, with the creative process led by the multi-champion of the Park modality, Pedro Barros.
Today, Pedro’s hometown – Rio Tavares, in Florianpolis – is considered a focal point of national skateboarding, having formed high-level skaters in recent years such as Felipe Foguinho, Yndiara Asp, Isa Pacheco and Vi Kakinho, who were also invited to make up the team. creative. Entitled ‘Pratas da Casa’, the collection makes reference to the importance of athletes to Evoke and Pedro Barros’ silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics.
The entry also reaffirms Evoke’s longstanding relationship with these athletes. A partner of the brand for around 20 years, Pedro signs seven pieces, four of which are prescription glasses and three sunglasses in black and white. Meanwhile, Felipe Foguinho arrives to add fashion information with his sunglasses model. In addition to the runways, Foguinho is also a reference in the streetwear universe and brings a fashionista proposal.
Complementing the team, Yndiara Asp, Olympic athlete and pioneer of the Park modality, will have a model of sunglasses in violet color. Isa Pacheco and Vi Kakinho will also have a frame co-created with Evoke, highlighting each one’s personality and style, including a representation of some of their passions: the street and music, respectively.
