Edelman has just announced the hiring of Jussara Leal as the new director of Accounts for the Brazilian operation. With 30 years of experience in the communication market, Jussara worked at agencies such as GBR Comunicação and CDN Comunicação, where she dedicated 20 years to corporate communication and public relations.
Throughout her career, the new director has worked for clients such as Ferrero, Henkel, Kelloggs, Nissin, Reckitt Benckiser, Sony and Warner Bros. Pictures, among others, in addition to working with project and people management, having experience in leading large teams.
“I take on this new challenge confident of being in an environment that shares the same vision as I do. The panorama between brands and consumers is constantly changing, and Edelman has a huge background to accompany this evolution through studies, offering clients strategic guidelines aligned with the rapid changes in the world, a practice that I consider essential for the communication market currently”, explains Jussara.
Graduated in Social Communication with qualification in Journalism from the Federal University of Pará, Jussara began her career in journalism working in radio and TV newsrooms, as a reporter, editor and producer.
