Connecting people to generate business with social value is the proposal that publicist Daniela Benoit brings to the market. With her vast experience in national and international Communication, Marketing and Corporate Leadership, she promotes networking between companies and people who develop impactful and purposeful projects.
With that, she founded ‘Manas’, a collective of executive women focused on carrying out Communication, Marketing and Advertising projects related to ESG themes, which foster equity and inclusion of black and peripheral powers within organizations. In addition to Dani, the collective has executives Chay Ribeiro, Julia Nazareth and Andrea Silva, and a 100% female team specializing in the most diverse verticals in Marketing, Media and Data.
“The guiding principle of Manas is to promote valuable connections between creators of Marketing projects with a cultural and socio-environmental focus and CEOs, directors, VPs, celebrities and decision makers of organizations. These connections generate successful businesses and projects that collaborate with ESG-related agendas”, explains Daniela Benoit, CEO and founder of the collective.
The business model has generated successful projects that have attracted the attention of large companies, such as Colgate and O Boticário, and have earned Manas important names in its client portfolio. Therefore, the company expects to grow its turnover by 200% by the end of the year and double the number of employees, promoting the development and inclusion of women in the job market.
Part of Manas’ portfolio are cultural producer and documentary filmmaker Dom Filó, leader of the Black Movement in Brazil and responsible for the largest national collection on black history and culture; Nós Outdoor Social, which idealizes and promotes social actions by and for the community; in addition to the influencer agency Netcos and 12358, a hub collaborative to carry out innovative projects with a social, environmental and housing bias in the peripheries.
The collective is also an important promoter of the relocation and development of women, the black and peripheral population in the labor market.
